Terms
Terms of use.
Amazon FBA is active. Other marketplace modules stay marked as planned until audited.
Informational tools only. Margin Ruler provides general-purpose cost estimation tools for educational and planning purposes. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, medical, insurance, or professional advice of any kind. Do not rely on estimates for any binding decision, contract, insurance application, or legal proceeding.
No warranty on estimates. All calculator outputs are planning estimates derived from source-dated industry rate cards, published midpoints, and deterministic formulas applied to your inputs. The calculator uses Amazon US marketplace/FBA fee logic unless a local calibration is explicitly shown. They are not quotes, appraisals, or guarantees. Actual figures will vary based on your specific platform agreements, carrier contracts, fee schedules, and market conditions. Margin Ruler makes no representation that any estimate is accurate, complete, or current.
External vendors. Vendor links connect to independent third-party businesses over which Margin Ruler has no control. Margin Ruler does not endorse, vet, or warrant any vendor. Any transaction you enter into with a vendor is solely between you and that vendor.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Margin Ruler and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on any estimate, including without limitation damages for lost profits, property damage, personal injury, or any other loss, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy is to stop using the site.
Arbitration and class action waiver. Any dispute arising from your use of this site shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under JAMS rules, conducted remotely or at a location designated by JAMS. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. This arbitration clause does not apply to claims that may be brought in small claims court. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts of Wyoming for any dispute not subject to arbitration.
Changes. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
